This Privacy Policy describes what information Exit Valley (“we,” “us”) collects when you use exitvalley.ai (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. What we collect
If you interact with the Service, we may collect:
- Your Robinhood Chain wallet address, if you choose to “Connect Wallet.” This is a public on-chain identifier; we never request, store, or have access to your private keys.
- Your referral code and which code (if any) referred you, so we can attribute referrals.
- Basic technical/log data (e.g. IP address, user agent, page accessed, request timestamp) for security, rate-limiting, and aggregate analytics.
2. What we don't collect
- Private keys, seed phrases, or any wallet-signing material.
- Any social-media account information. We do not connect to X or any other platform.
- Identity documents, social security numbers, or financial account details.
- Location more precise than coarse IP geolocation.
3. How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the referral programme (generate referral codes, attribute referrals).
- Determine eligibility for any limited-supply rewards described in our marketing.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
- Improve the Service through aggregate analytics.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Sharing
We share information only:
- With infrastructure providers that operate the Service on our behalf (e.g. our cloud host, our database, our DNS provider) and only as needed to operate it.
- When required by law, lawful process, or to enforce our Terms.
- Publicly: your wallet address and your on-chain activity appear on the public leaderboard. That data is already public on chain; we only aggregate it.
5. Retention
We retain account data while it is relevant to operating the Service. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your choices” below). Some operational logs (rate-limiting, abuse signals) are retained for short windows for security.
6. Your choices
- Disconnect wallet: simply do nothing — we cannot act on your wallet without your signature for any on-chain action.
- Full deletion: contact us and we will remove your off-chain records, subject to limited record-keeping where required by law. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
7. Security
We follow reasonable industry practices (HTTPS everywhere, server-side secrets, scoped third-party tokens) but no online service is perfectly secure. If you become aware of a vulnerability, please report it via the contact below.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
