Welcome to Exit Valley (“Exit Valley,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of exitvalley.ai, including the game, referral mechanics, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18) to use the Service. The Service is not offered in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful, and we reserve the right to restrict access at our sole discretion.
2. Referrals
The Service generates a personal referral code and attributes other players who arrive via that code. Referring players does notentitle you to anything beyond what we explicitly publish, and we may change, suspend, or end the referral programme or any associated rewards at any time.
3. Wallets & Blockchain Risk
The Service interacts with the Robinhood Chain blockchain. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your private keys, and any transactions you authorise. We never custody your funds, never have access to your private keys, and cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain transaction.
Crypto-assets are volatile and can lose all value. Using the Service involves substantial financial risk. The Service is satirical and intended as entertainment — it is not investment advice, a security, a security offering, or a promise of financial return.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to game the referral programme or the leaderboard.
- Create duplicate or impersonating X / wallet accounts to inflate invites.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or sanctions.
We may disqualify, remove, or block any signup we reasonably believe violates these Terms, without notice.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Exit Valley, its operators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, NFTs, opportunity, profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed USD 100.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
